Connects your coffee roaster to your Mac and records every roast: live curve, rate of rise, phases and the full batch record.
RoastConsole Pilot sits on the Mac beside your roasting machine and records what the roaster is doing, batch by batch.
It reads bean and environment temperature live, draws the curve, computes rate of rise, tracks drying, Maillard and development phases, and lets you mark charge, first crack and drop without leaving the machine. Roast against a target profile and watch deviation as it happens, or build a profile from a roast you liked.
Connecting is a preset you pick from a list rather than register hunting. Kaleido M1 and M1 Pro are fully tested with control over USB, WiFi or Bluetooth. Control is built for Aillio Bullet, Hottop, ROEST, Sandbox Smart, IKAWA and Kaffelogic. Commercial machines read and record over Modbus TCP or a Siemens S7 PLC, including Loring Smart Roast, Diedrich, Mill City, Toper, Joper, IMF, San Franciscan, Probat and Giesen. Anything with no interface at all can be read through a Phidget thermocouple, or logged by hand.
Demo mode runs the whole app on sample data with nothing plugged in, so you can see what the record looks like before connecting a machine.
Pilot is free and complete on its own. No account is required, it works offline, and roasts export to CSV. If you also run RoastConsole Cloud, roasts sync to the same record that handles green inventory, orders and invoicing — but that is optional and Pilot does not depend on it.
